Shipping Policy

Our primary shipping partner is Australia Post and other trusted freight couriers.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or Australian public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next business day, and dispatch times will be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your parcel through the courier’s website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight, and chosen shipping method.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at ecommerce@techlyte.com.au.  We will assist you in resolving the issue, including arranging replacements or refunds as appropriate.
